Quake BSP In Unity

A few years ago I thought to myself “how hard could it be to render a Quake map in Unity?” I figured that Unity is a powerful and relatively modern game engine and Quake is almost 30 years old… Unity should be able to handle this no problem, right?! The answer is that it took me just over four years of off-and-on hobby development to get it working. And while it’s not 100% pixel-perfect with Quake 1, it’s looking pretty dang close.

Now I'm cursing you with this arcane knowledge!
